Wine and Food Experience

Inclusions:

This Waiheke Wine tour includes, two wine tastings with matching food at wonderful Waiheke Winery's, Olive oil tastings at an award winning Olive Grove and a fabulous vineyard platter lunch,  traveling in one of our wonderful Classic cars with your own private host for the day. Come and enjoy Waiheke Wine tours and Waiheke food. 

Your host will collect you in one of our classic cars and you can experience what Waiheke food has to offer. You will then will cruise to two Winery's for tastings and an award-winning Olive Estate where guests are invited to graze the day away, sampling the best Food and Wine on offer from each destination, afterwards enjoy a platter lunch at one of our top vineyard restaurants before being returned to your destination for the day.

All participants must be 18 years or over for this tour.

Tour collection time 10.30 am at Matiatia Wharf or a pre arranged location, Returned by 4 pm.

Ferry tickets can be arranged for you at a additional cost.

Prices start from $299.00 NZD per person. Price based on party of four.

Wine and Food Experience

9.30 am – Arrive at the downtown ferry terminal (99 Quay St Auckland) to

collect your ferry ticket (Note Your tour price does not include the cost of the ferry tickets please let us know if you would like us to organise these for you, or you can simply purchase your tickets at the ferry terminal on the day) Please don’t be late as long peek time queues may cause you to miss the 10.00 am ferry

10.00 am – Fullers ferry departs for Waiheke Island

10.35 am - Arrive Waiheke on Island. You will be collected by your private host for the day who will take your to the car for a quick safety briefing and then depart for a short cruise of the Island in one of our fabulous cars on the way to your first destination.

11.00 am – Your first stop is Onetangi Valley where Obsidian’s vines are nestled in amongst four hillsides set out in an amphitheatre like fashion, here you will enjoy tastings of their spectacular wines along with complimentary cheeses, then back in the car and on to our next destination.

12.00 noon - We arrive at Casita Miro, Waiheke Islands hidden treasure. You will be greeted with a touch of Spain while soaking in the art nouveau mosaics scattered all around this spectacular property, whilst enjoying food and wine pairings.

1.00 pm – Next stop, Rangihoua Estate rated as one of the world’s top olive oil producers. Here you will discover how olive oil is produced and taste some of the world’s finest olive oils.

2.00 pm – Arrive at the iconic Stonyridge vineyard which is referred to as “one of the top ten must visit Wineries in the world” and has been enjoyed by international dignitaries and royalty alike. Here you will enjoy a complimentary wine tasting and platter lunch.

3.30 pm – We cruise back to Matiatia in time for the 4 ocl0ck ferry (Or a pre-

arranged drop of point of your choice)

4.00 pm Depart Waiheke Island on the fuller’s ferry back to Auckland
